PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Please take notice that the Zoning Hearing Board of Robeson Township, Berks County, PA will hold a public hearing in the public meeting room located in the Township Police Department Building, 2689 Main Street, Robeson Township, PA 19508, on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the Zoning Application of Reuben Jay Stoltzfus and Brookside School OGCS, 73 Weaver Road, Morgantown, PA 19543, seeking variances from the provisions of Section 403(B) and 802(B) in order to construct an Amish one room schoolhouse on the existing farm without subdividing and therefore creating a second principal use on property owned by Reuben Jay Stoltzfus and Kathryn Rose Stoltzfus at 880 Zion Road, Mohnton, Robeson Township, Berks County, PA, 19540, Parcel No. 73531304519382 (“Property”), located in the R – Rural Residential Zoning District. A decision in the case may be rendered at the end of the hearing.
The Board may also organize and take any other lawful actions at this date and time. All interested parties are invited to attend and participate at the hearing.
